Mobolaji Ogunrosoye: Rest Where You Are Rooted, for You Are Rooted Where You Rest
O’DA Art Gallery presents Mobolaji Ogunrosoye’s solo exhibition of photographic collages. According to the gallery, conversations with women in Lagos and France inform works exploring home, belonging and finding a voice. Layers of paper and textured materials give the portraits physical depth, while shadows shift with the viewer’s position. The exhibition connects Ogunrosoye’s architectural background with her developing approach to portraiture.
