- Artists aged 18+ worldwide. Eligible original work must be recent, not previously shown at Mall Galleries, and primarily pastel or another accepted dry medium. Selected non-UK residents must provide a UK VAT number or proof of application, as required by the organiser.

- What to prepare
- Age 18+. Maximum six original works, primarily pastel or accepted dry media, completed within two years before the exhibition and not previously exhibited at Mall Galleries; longest dimension at most 2.4m. Upload JPEG/PNG images under 5MB with title, medium, dimensions, completion year and sale price. Selected works must meet framing rules and be for sale at £400 minimum. Selected non-UK residents need UK VAT registration or application evidence.

- Selection process
- Society members judge the submitted images in a single online round; up to four works per artist can be selected.
