Asian Cultural Council — Individual Fellowship 2027
Asian Cultural Council offers budget-based support for one to six months of cultural exchange involving eligible Asian jurisdictions or the United States. African and Black diaspora practitioners qualify only through the required eligible citizenship or legal permanent residence—not ancestry alone. This is research and exchange funding, not a production grant or general relocation residency.
