Thembinkosi Hlatshwayo develops Slaghuis II through a photography mentorship

ART AFRICA’s February 2020 announcement introduced Slaghuis II, Thembinkosi Hlatshwayo’s first solo exhibition. Developed through the Market Photo Workshop’s Gisèle Wulfsohn Mentorship with John Fleetwood, the photographs examine experiences of violence through the home and tavern where the artist grew up.
